Examine your jewelry regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing your jewelry until repaired.
Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at customercare@czedjewels.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).
